  2. As a Brit, it is really concerning that we’re becoming increasingly disengaged with the world.

  3. It’s quite ironic to see those white English nationalists in pubs loudly talking negatively about Germany, their lost world cups and world wars and their Nazi history.

    Yet, they oppose lgbtq, diversity, immigration, etc and beat up Pakistanis after calling them racial slurs.

    I wonder if they see the irony…

  7. The UK is going down the toilet. I’ve never had so little faith in my own country, neither has my parents or anyone I know. The government is completely incompetent and has been for a while, the people are worse off than they’ve been in decades, I’ve never really considered the idea of emigrating but I’ve found myself thinking wow it sure would be nice to go somewhere else for a good long while. Don’t get me wrong I know everywhere else has their own problems too, I guess I’m just tired of this particular flavour of shit.

    conferences. As for overseas aid to ungrateful corrupt regimes, they’ve really lost interest.

    However, the UK is very engaged with saving Europe’s freedom and democracy right now (along with the US, Australia, and Canada).
