as a german, i agree 100%. Scholz should have released the Taurus a long time ago.
But what I don’t quite understand: Taurus are basically Storm Shadows with more range and bunker-busting function.
Germany can’t be the only country that can deliver something like that.
france, england, usa, italy, spain, portugal, sweden etc… does no other country have something similar? Wikipedia says Taurus was a German-Swedish development. Sweden is a huge ukraine supporter. If sweden helped develop it: Don’t they have some of their own that they can supply?
Or why don’t France or England supply the 560km version of the Storm Shadows/SCALP?
I would be very happy if scholz wasn’t so cowardly and short-sighted, but it can’t be that in the whole western world there is no other country that also owns cruise missiles that can finally eliminate the Kerch bridge.
How many must die for the justification of politics? How many?
