He dropped it right before Trump was going to have to give a deposition. This is why he dropped it…and maybe also because its a loser.
If Michael Cohen thinks Donald will have any money left, he should countersue for attorney fees, assuming it’s possible in the jurisdiction. It must have been quite expensive to get this far only to have your day denied. Then he can pay or we can still have a deposition.
