Their warships are focused on ship to ship combat against a proper Navy, and Ukraine is using bomb boat drones, some basically being sub-surface torpedoes to defeat them, and there is nothing they can do about it except relocate away from Crimea. A major naval port.
Drones have changed the face of warfare, and militaries of the world need to adapt or sink.
Finally, someone in Russia grudgingly admit what the world have already known. Thank you Putin for allowing corruptions to ruin your military from doing its job.
