There are thousands of new houses being built where I live (Teesside). How is it that there are so many here being built and not anywhere else?
Nothing to do with his party and the building companies keeping demand and prices high, eh?
Please re-arrange the following words, to describe Rishi Sunak; of, crap, full.
Haven’t we left the EU?
> Mr Sunak is referring to the nutrient neutrality law, which means housing developments have to offset their pollution.
> The Government has said the law is unfairly blocking new homes near waterways but Labour hit back saying there is enough pollution in rivers already.
Well… those darned legacy laws protecting us against pollution.
hahahaha. this is why pestminster want back into the eu. fucking 40 years of “eu made us do it” ripped out from under them
He’s such a joke. I can’t wait till he fucks off to his Californian mansion
then remove the law.
if thats all it is?
unless theres more to it….
Stories like this always shock me. Literally everywhere I drive in the north west there are massive housing developments being built. Leeds and Manchester city centres are having a building boom. I imagine this is the same nationwide. If we’re not building enough houses then I fear for the future.
It worked before, for far longer and to a much greater extend than anyone thought it would. Why not try it again?
