First drafts of the next federal budge no longer contain funding for private sea rescue organisations. Scholz, as well as a leading FDP figure (Christian Dürr) are on record to not be in favour of further paying these subsidies.

Good, why is it the taxpayers’ responsibility? I never got that.
Good.
“First drafts” I’m sure some bleeding hearts will find a way to sneak it into the budget.
Thank you, Elon.
Now the Italian taxpayers will pay for the rescues of those 1000-2000 people per year via the Navy and Coast Guard, instead of the German taxpayers. What an incredible win for Giorgia Meloni, truly a mastermind politician!
🤡🤡🤡
Good
Like … ummm … finally?!
Good news
Call me when they finally start having them on trial for human trafficking.
So we can expect that the German navy will take the task upon themselves instead?
