Hello fellow Germans.
I live in apartment building near Ulm.
I finally got my internet yesterday via NetCom BW. The guy came and connected everything in the shared room in basement and setup my internet extender (or whatever it’s called).
I bought a FritzBox router, connected it to the extender with ethernet (cat) cable. When i connect to wifi with my phone everything works fine for me, but my brother has no connection with his phone. I tried setting ip my tv through LAN cable but it says there is no connection. There is no antenne connection in my apartment and i don’t know what to do to get everything working.
I got pictures of how everything is connected, hope someone can help me.

well if one device has a stable connection over your fritzbox it’s definitely nothing related to your pictures here. your brother needs to connect to the fritzbox and you need to check that fritzbox and see what the problem is. does it show your brothers device on it? does it have access to the internet?
same goes for your TV, you don’t need to fiddle around with your ip settings, you need to plug the cable from your router to your TV and see what the router says. are the lan ports enabled?
