Have you ever considered building more housing?
People and laws blocking new housing. Because people are id*ots. Here in Czechia everyone wants great jobs,social support, low prices, but there’s always someone blocking new developments, new roads, new factories, etc. It’s our own fault.
Is there a country where this is not the case?
Housing is a commodity, not an investment.
People need to let go of that bullshit, so what if your own house’s value goes down when new ones are being built, should be happy that you have a roof over your head and a house to call your own.
