Hey, I came from America here to Finland and am looking into getting a computer, either a gaming laptop or pc. After looking around found out about a local store called Power and [Jimms.fi](https://Jimms.fi) website.
What I am having trouble with is finding reasonable prices on computers here. Power seems to cost at least twice what similar specs cost in states, and [Jimms.fi](https://Jimms.fi) is a little better but also almost double. I understand there is 24 % VAT here so was expecting about a 30% increase but everything I see is double here. Also, it seems like the models of laptops are slightly different.
What stores do you guys use for getting new computers here and is there a good website to compare specs / prices so I can shop around and find the best deal?

i mean id just build my own and order the parts from jimms/verkkokauppa
Jimm’s and Verkkokauppa are the most reasonable ones, sadly. :/
Verkkokauppadotcom is one other you should check out.
Honestly coming from the U.S. myself I would just try and order parts and build as far as a PC. But from what I see here they either have really no good laptops or they are not worth the money. In my case I go home soon for vacation and will buy one and bring it back cause I have had no luck here.
