Oh now this is good. My daughter used to be obsessed with Pointless, we’d watch it on catch up, clips on my phone, and then obviously every night it was on. However.. we started to notice that after some episodes, she would be in a FOUL mood. My daughter’s non verbal so it was hard to establish why on earth she was angry/sad/mildly violent after certain episodes. We then connected the dots (after months) – she was only in an awful mood when nobody got a pointless answer.
After a while, it became clear she actually didn’t really care for the show’s format or Richard Osman, she just liked it when the panel lit up green. She now has a green light torch so she can be thrilled whenever… this isn’t what I expected when I became a dad lol
