  1. They wouldn’t be bad at all, but the ones you’re showing here would never be built in Ireland. If high density housing became commonplace here like in the rest of Europe we’d likely build Soviet tower blocks that blot out the sun with no effort made in regards to aesthetics or comfort.

    Plus, in these photos it looks like the architect(s) tried to make them as green as possible with as many trees as can fit, if you’ve been to pretty much any city or big town in Ireland you’ll know that trees are near non-existent outside of parks.

    Throw a few tents in the trees and it’s a dream location

  3. People are the main issue with apartment blocks here, not the architecture.

  4. They would work if you exclude people with mental health issues, alcohol and drugs abusers, and who people like to party. Concierge and maintenance staff would be necessary. They would be Ideal for retirees or widowed spouses.
