Over the past 2 weeks, my house has been filled with these mosquitoes. I start seeing much more of them after 6/7pm.
I’m talking 50-70 mosquitoes all scattered in my living room (ground floor).
They’re less common on the first floor.
Are these tiger mosquitoes? Is this normal? Any precautions i should take?

We cant see shit, could be a regular mosquitor or a dickfly

Unlikely, the markings on tiger mosquitoes are very clear. I once killed one when I was in Cuba, and you can see how clear the markings are in the picture, especially on the legs:
