Those are some nice looking churches. Nice variety of designs.
Last one looks like a sauna 😀
Wooden buildings go very well with Finnish nature.
As someone who has many Orthodox Christians in my family, I’m very happy to see this part of my country being shown.
lohja is my favorite
The [Setos](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Setos) in Southeastern Estonia who have lived under Russian rule for most of their history and who are traditionally Orthodox unlike other Estonians, they also have small village chapels called *[tsässon](https://et.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ts%C3%A4sson)*. The larger ones like on your photos would still be called *kirik* (“church”) as in Standard Estonian.
The orthodox churches are usually also the more ornamental ones, as the Lutheran church design promotes clear, simple lines and frugal down to earth design.
When you know this, its also really easy to spot the old churches that used to be catholic before the protestant reforms in the Kingdom of Sweden.
