It’s ridiculous in the sense that no one wants this, but historically it’s a pretty accurate border of the so-called [Lands of the Bohemian Crown](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lands_of_the_Bohemian_Crown). Upper Silesia was ceded to Frederick the Great in 1742 as a result of successful Prussian aggression in the War of the Austrian Succession.
