Übergabeprotokoll

Hi,
I moved into a single apartment on Friday evening in a Studentenwerk. The caretaker gave me a Übergabeprotokoll to fill. I thought that he would accompany me for overseeing the thing, but he said to return it within 2 weeks and gave me the keys.

Now that I have checked the apartment thoroughly, I have yet to find something lacking. I have taken photos after I moved in. The apartment is also recently painted.

So, what should I fill in the form if there isn’t anything wrong with the place?

Any words of caution or suggestions?
