  4. This is just standard for the UK now. If you’re a raping scumbag you should lose your rights, and if you’re an illegal migrant raping scumbag, you should lose your rights and be deported, end of. The government should directly intervene in cases like this.

  18. The European Convention of Human Rights wasn’t cited in this. Nor was the European Court of Human Rights. They should be out of the frame of the debare on this.

    Legal help is also something that should be an inalienable right to both the victim and the accused, so that suitable representation is given, so that the system is as balanced and fair in it’s application of justice as it could be.

    This was a judge tribunal ruling. The legal guidance should be changed to be harsher on those who commit violent and/or sexual crimes. I’m in favour of a fair justice system, but that isn’t justice here. Deportation for criminals deemed a danger to society should be automatic here, as it is in many other countries.

Look let’s boil this down to everyone saying what about his human rights he is not saying he will be attacked if he is deported he is saying the medical treatment is better here than his homeland. If you really believe that sending him back is breaking his human rights then as a country we are breaking the human rights of every person in the world who doesn’t have access to the same medical treatment as you get in the uk.
    Do you really believe that.
    Oh and what about our human rights from countries that have better access than us are they breaking our human rights?

  22. If being deported was part of his sentence, and that can’t be carried out for humanitarian reasons, his sentence should be reassessed. Send him back to prison and treat him there.
