I’d recommend you to use the passport that you used to enter Turkey to also exit it. Your Bulgarian id card was not sufficient for that. See https://www.mfa.gov.tr/countries-whose-citizens-are-allowed-to-enter-T%C3%BCrkiye-with-their-national-id_s.en.mfa .
Otherwise, you might get into trouble with the Turkish government for not being able to prove you have legally entered Turkey. You risk not being allowed to return to Turkey.
