Hello. I bought an item via ebay-kleinanzeigen, paid via bank transfer as I have had no issues in my 3 year of doing deals like this, this is my first time being scammed. I know I should have paid via PayPay but the seller said he has no paypal.
Anyway, what is the next step in reporting a scammer? Let me be clear, I know I wont get my money back, I just want to have justice and prevent that scumbag for scamming other people.
Long story short: He had an account with more then 70 sales, active since 2012.
I have the seller phone number, his IBAN, Personalausweis, even a selfie where he is holding up his Personalausweis, I really had no suspicion that he is a scammer.
The bank transfer was made on Friday, he told me he will send the tracking number today (monday). As today came, no answer from him, no tracking number, blocks my calls.
I made a report on [https://www.internetwache-polizei-berlin.de/](https://www.internetwache-polizei-berlin.de/) as he is near Berlin.
What is the next step? Go straight to the Police near me?

Are you sure he actually blocked your number? Freaking out because you haven’t received a tracking number yet at 11am on the Monday after a holiday seems like an overreaction if not. “On Monday” means by the end of Monday, not the second the post office opens on Monday morning.
You should absolutely report this if you don’t get anything (though I would have given them more time – they might just be at work right now). If there is a scam there’s a good likelihood that the person whose information you have seen (except for the phone number) is a mule working for an actual scammer abroad.
Scammers use such mules to receive payments from victims and then send gift cards/Western Union payments/bitcoin to the actual scammer abroad. The victim may think they’re working in a real job as a “financial agent” or some such rubbish.
edited a bit because I missed the timeline.

None of that is his data, just from someone else he scammed.
