I think this is clutching at straws somewhat, since you can just as easily say that Russia has found it advantageous to exploit its closeness to Israel to dampen any enthusiasm in the latter for weapons transfers. Also, Russia has a lot to fear from an upsurge of Islamism, particularly with regard to tensions in, say, Dagestan. My overall feeling is that the ongoing situation between Israel and the Palestinians won’t make a jot of difference to the war in Ukraine.
