I find it hard to believe Israel needs any support. They are a nuclear power with a strong military and economy. As of 2013, the State of Israel had been condemned in 45 resolutions by the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC). While opposed to this attack by Hamas its hard to imagine a blind man didn’t see it coming and Israeli policies and actions fueled it.
Serious question. The administration has 5 or 6 billion of aid earmarked for the Ukraine but after that ends there will be no additional aid until Congress does something.
We are deploying these ships and Biden has said there is more aid on the way. How is he able to pull that off?

Recent satellite photos show a sharp increase in rail traffic along the North Korea-Russia border so North Korea is most likely aiding Russia in the war against Ukraine. And the Middle East is a powder keg.
Meanwhile, Congress cannot get its act together. They barely avoided a government shutdown, Republicans ousted their own Speaker, they still support a treasonous former President, and Republicans have still not confirmed Biden’s pick for US Ambassador for Israel.
With innocent citizens dying right now, this is not the time to talk about politics or gas prices. But I do remember the line of cars around the block at gas stations during the oil embargo in 1973. It feels like the world is ramping up. I hope we can calm the fuck down.
