2. It seems like you could drive a rod down a few feet to anker the base and stabilize it.

3. As former mortar operator it somewhat triggers me they didn’t fully secured the base plate in ground. Yes I realize this is almost certainly training take and yes, I realize there are situations when you’re in a rush to set up and don’t have the time for fine tuning. Still tho..
