Just a note for people in the comments, the UAE normalized relations with Israel in 2020 and this is largely a message in support of Israel. They do not back Hamas.
Most Arab nations are done with Hamas with the exception of Qatar which has aligned itself with Iran.

The UAE is closer to the Saudis/US.
