Can Romania take a moment to realise that Europe has some big plates spinning at the moment. From mass illegal immigration, Ukraine, and now the middle east in crisis.
We like you Romania, and look forward to our growing union, but please be patient, Europe has some big projects to finish first.

Don’t see how this lawsuit won’t be thrown out. And in the unlikely situation that Romania actually wins this, basically the judiciary branch of the EU is creating new laws and treaties not ratified by any member state, where a member state can’t veto in such matters as it sees fit.
It would be nice to have some sort of assessment of the possible outcome of such a lawsuit. Ever since the veto against their Schengen entry, there have been talks about sueing Austria. Until now this intention has not been put into action.
And I also have not seen a recent change in Austrias decision to postpone any enlargement until there has been some reforms of the EU.
That’s it. Next time I’m in Austria, I’ll take a piss on one of their buildings (only if there’s no people or cameras around, I’m shy)…. ducking Austrians! And their ducking schnitzels!
