1. Whoever did have one used it for a day then got bored of it.

2. I can’t say I’m familiar with this particular line of toy confectionery production. Mr Frosty on the other hand…

3. I actually had this as a kid. It came with a bag of chocolate chips you were supposed to melt and mold into the chocolate coin shape. In the end I just ate the chocolate chips and didn’t bother with the rest

4. Fuck me this smacked me with nostalgia. Right in the middle of Thomas the Tank Engine this came on.

5. Got one for my kids 4th birthday. 2 months later it’s still in its box unopened 😆

7. My god after hearing the start of that advert I could almost recite it word for word… I swear they played it every ad break for my entire childhood.

8. I had it, but had no idea how to use it 😂 so it just stayed in the house for some years and we never used it lol

   Utter, utter garbage.

   Wife is a decent cook when it comes to desserts and things yet we just couldn’t get it to work, the chocolate was so bad.

   Warm it to get it to pour. Put it in a mould. Wait for it to cool just enough so it was solid enough to not stick to the press but still soft enough for the press to work you had about a 5 second window to achieve this before it went solid.

   But then as soon as you picked it up and held it, it melted again.

10. There is one sitting on top of my kitchen cupboards where the kids can’t see it so the mess and disappointment that comes with using it is not repeated.

11. One of those things like Mr Frosty where your parents got you it before thinking about the fucking mess left for them to clean up after every use. Got like two uses then it ‘mysteriously disappeared’.
