I have doubts that the following, taken from the article, is a direct quote from an American general.

USA has AirForce…Ukraine doesn’t. This would a completely different war if one side had Air Superiority.
The British army have just completed a big exercise to learn mistakes from the Ukraine war and the biggest mistake learned was around mobile phone use by soldiers and bug in bug out should be a lot quicker especially with artillery and apparently there going through pockets for phones
Let’s not underestimate the enemy, Timothy Snyder had a great video you YouTube discussing Russian history. In one of his points he discussed how Russian people can be very tough and can last through rough years and situations. When communist leaders took everything from the people the people still found ways to survive. Many Russians don’t have shit and are used to living a shitty life, we seen them looting toilets, washing machines, bikes etc…
America invests heavy into its military, and it is also studying this war…nothing is going unnoticed. Studying strategies Ukraine uses to counter the Russians, and vise versa. Etc….
Russia is used to having 1 strong man lead them for 10-30 years, 1 communist leader.
In America a president serves 4 years and most likely will get re-elected for another 4years, then policy’s change, what the last president did was undone etc…vs communist Russia, they see it as a weakness when they had many leaders in a short span, after ussr fell, different leaders in a short span of time.
Nothing is for sure, nothing is concrete like some may believe. We see now many republican or trump supports view Ukrainians as fascist or Natzis and would almost rather support Russia in raping and pillaging…
There’s a lot we can learn, but after Covid and this war, the way people act, the hate and anger…nothing is for sure, it can go south real quick.

I hope that they will take the lesson from Ukraine that a 4000 dollar drone is doing what the US spends 40,000. They have to have cost containment. Nazi Germany had great kit it did not win the war.
