  1. Disgusting. To clarify, the report states that a student was wearing a Pal*stinian flag in school. The teacher asked him to remove it. The student and several other thugs then viciously assaulted the teacher who was then hospitalised.

Germany needs to seriously address the terrible result of its bizarre immigration policies.

  2. Then people wonder why AfD’s numbers are rising. Keep burying your head in the sand.

  3. We need to get rid of a lot of people that came here really fast. If all the parties don’t adress this problems, there are dark times ahead of us with some rigth wing nutjob party in charge.

  4. Teacher asked the students to remove the palesinian flag, and than was attack vicously by the same students. Human animals.

  5. As a Russian, I honestly don’t understand Germany’s (EU) position. When the invasion of Ukraine began, the EU was quick to basically ban almost all Russians from entry and services based on the assumption that we all support the war and Putin. Ok, I get it, collective responsibility and all that.

Now there are technically German citizens that despite Western values (women’s rights, minority rights, Jews’ rights) at the very core. And Europe keeps inviting more of these people. More so, the cleavage is especially evident in the case of the 2nd-3rd generations.

  6. > Two students from a high school in Berlin, Germany, have been suspended following a violent altercation with a teacher. The incident happened during a celebration of a Hamas attack on Israel, sparking concerns about the spread of violent ideologies among the youth.
    > Incident Details
    >
    > The conflict escalated when one student brandished a Palestinian flag during the celebration. When the teacher asked the student to put the flag away, the student responded violently, striking the teacher in the head and kicking him in the stomach. Another student joined in the attack, leading to the teacher’s hospitalization.

    > The incident took place in Neukölln, a district in Berlin known for its high concentration of immigrants and socio-economic challenges. Over the weekend, locals were seen celebrating Hamas’ attack on Israel, raising questions about the influence of these events on young residents.
    > School Response
    >
    > The school has since established a crisis team to handle the situation and is investigating the incident. The students involved in the assault have been suspended, pending the outcome of the investigation. However, the incident has also prompted a review of the teacher’s behavior, as per standard procedure following such incidents.
    > Historical Context
    >
    > This event isn’t without precedent. There’s been a rise in anti-Semitic incidents in Germany, particularly in Berlin, where one in four students reportedly holds anti-Semitic beliefs. The celebration of the Hamas attack and subsequent assault on the teacher only adds to the mounting tension and concern over the spread of hate speech and violence among the young population.
    > Future Implications
    >
    > While the immediate consequences for the students involved in the attack are clear, the broader implications for the school and community are less so. In the aftermath of the incident, the Berlin education administration will need to reassess its policies on hate speech and violence, potentially implementing stricter measures to prevent such incidents. On a larger scale, this event may impact ongoing discussions about immigration, integration, and education policy in Germany.

  7. Arrest. Deport.

Not gonna happen of course and half the German press will wonder why the AfD polls 30%. We have let common sense and the safeguarding of basic societal values and the integrity of public systems become a hostage to ideological obtuseness.

  8. Am I bad at English or is that title formulated incorrectly?

  9. I was banned from the main German sub because I’ve mentioned that the massive problem of antisemitism amongst Muslim students in Berlin comes from their upbringing which from the get go teaches them to hate jews. Well, there it is.

For fuck sake I grew up in Berlin and went to high school there in 2004-2008. Jew was considered a slur and teachers had their issues teaching about the Holocaust to a class where 99 percent were Muslims. At that time the first video capable phones appeared on the school yard and students started sharing LiveLeak NSFW videos from the Iraq war or from the Israel-Palestine conflict and even outright propaganda videos from Islamist groups. Everyone had a gold chain with the borders or Israel but with a Palestinian flag over it.

Got a death wish? Go wear a Kippah in Berlin-Neukölln. Every jewish institution has police officers guarding. Jewish life in Berlin went practically underground and nobody speaks about in Germany and everybody is pretending that this problem doesn’t exist or even worse they just got aware of it. That’s the type of shit that fuels the AfD.

We’ve pretended all was fine, but it never was. We kept quiet because of accusations of racism. Now they are roaming my streets, celebrating the resurgence of ISIS type attrocities and giving away free candy. “*Gas the jews*” they screamed in Berlin too. 78 years after the Holocaust we got large groups of people calling for the death of jews. And the German government, in terms of action, is just be like “*Tja*”. We don’t even have proper laws to get rid of these people or to reliably criminaly prosecute them.

I am furious about this. Can’t remember when I was this furious the last time because these people genuinely make me worry about my country.

Two is not the “the youth”, stop this BS.

*Generalisation, a rhetorical method, often used by right wing propaganda, by claiming one single case represents all (“pars pro toto”) which then is used to justify the need for actions, control and suppression of everyone, even though a very small minority causes the issue.*

  11. awwww one of those wholesome moments when the teacher gets to learn a valuable lesson from the students
