I would like to emphasize the agreement on strategic partnership between Ukraine and Romania – we are ready to build this level of relations. We have signed a bilateral declaration that sets out the key points of our cooperation: security, including in the Black Sea region, support for our Peace Formula, expansion of our economic and logistics cooperation, transport connectivity, simplification of border crossing procedures, and opening of new border crossing points. I personally thank President of Romania Klaus Iohannis, his team and the whole of Romania for their vital and sincere assistance to Ukraine and Ukrainians in this cruel and difficult time.”
