Greece is just 3-5 Celsius warmer than average. Weather seems fine dw we will get our snow again in some months. Let’s enjoy this comfortable period.

Cant wait for a sudden cold front for a few weeks so we can start our fall in winter with rainy weather.
Not sure about Spain, France and Italy. But where I am rn and where I came from – this temperature is totally common during this time of the year.
As a Finn could you spare couple degrees here too? I was unprepared to dress like it’s January.
So weird, doesn’t feel autumnal at all here in northern Bavaria. I just went to my golf course and there’s barely any leaves fallen, or even any change of colour on the trees. And it was 24C…

Next week will be around 13c finally, but this is getting *ridiculous*. Not looking forward to next year. Or the next.
Woke up at 9°C this morning near Paris, thinking “oh it’s a bit chilly, I’ll put a sweater today”… mistakes have been made.

The peak day temperatures aren’t unusual, what’s unusual is the lack of rain at this period of the year. It used to rain before at least 2 days a week during October, now it doesn’t anymore and the winters aren’t cold anymore. Before everything froze for weeks sometimes, now winter jackets are too much during peak winter.
Interior of Greece is more similar to Russia but not enough weather stations to be coloured properly I guess (or at least similar to Musala). Back in May we just placed a meteorological station in Mt parnassus and it hits near freeze levels as well.
I like the temperature, but also hate it around this time of the year. Still too many mosquitoes, despite having mosquito nets installed on the windows. They keep me awake during nights lol.
