I remember saying that this was happening because your ADEM advisor normally tells you that is true.
Someone on here VERY adamantly told me I was wrong that every company did indeed post their openings. Required doesn’t mean they do it.
No they don’t. No one checks, no one cares except maybe the people looking for jobs.
