  1. This is a step in the right direction, but it doesn’t go far enough.

  2. Other title “poor people who can’t afford new cars banned from being able to drive into the city center”

  3. It’s an area of approximately 500x500m enclosed by Sveavägen, Kungsgatan, Hamngatan and Birger Jarlsgatan. It’s not like they are banning cars in the entire city.

  4. What if you’re a resident owning a classic car and your own car park? Does the city make an exception, or they are forcing people out of accessing their own property? Genuine question

  5. I don’t see how throwing out all the cars currently on the road is green.

  6. Slowly they will force us to buy electric car.

  7. Is it because of all the shootings? Are they expecting there to be more shootings than once per day in 2025? So the cars being shot in the future don’t explode as much?

  8. It it is fault of Die Grünen! Oh sorry… it is not Germany.

  9. What year is it now… ahhh so this is news in a couple of years, got it, we’ll see if it’s actually a thing by then.

  10. Maybe its harder to plant car bombs under electric ones.

Focussing on first world problems when they have 3rd world ones.

  11. Yeah I and many like me won’t care and will still drive there. What will they do? Chase me by electric cars? This green woke government won’t last long.
