> “China’s foreign ministry responded to Tsai’s speech on Tuesday, calling the ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) authorities the ‘greatest threat’ to peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait for ‘seeking independence and provocation.'”
So… That went over well.
It shouldn’t NEED to be said, but I’m still glad they did.
China also seeks peaceful coexistence, just in their version coexistence means being subjugated militarily.
How’s Taiwan treat to peace and stability ? Did Taiwan treten to occupy mainland? Or it is the other way around?
Doesn’t look like China wants that.
There should be a formal end to the Chinese Civil War before this even happens
China, don’t make us (the USA) park a naval carrier battle group outside Taiwan’s front door…
