The precedent set by the decades-old decision has been a pillar for media-related court cases. It deems that public figures need to show “actual malice” before they can claim libel in a civil suit.
Clarence Thomas is a corrupt “Justice”. He and a few others belong in prison or worse.

Pretty soon the wealthy will incorporate bank accounts into the constitution. If your bank account is over a certain amount you get all the laws. If you’re medium income. You get some of the laws and if you’re poor. I’m sorry but American laws do not apply to you and you’re now part of the immigrants society where US law and benefits do not apply.
