I don’t know who these guys are or where they got their information, but they have an itemized list of specific chips and parts that the Russians are pulling out of consumer goods to bring their soviet-era missile launchers into service with expanded range. The article mentions that Russians have *thousands* of these launchers in storage… but currently they don’t have much ammo to fire.
