My new apartment has this built in rubber seal on the front door. Does anyone know how to set it? It’s held up by some sort of spring. I could pull it down, but with nothing holding it, obviously it’s going to get pulled up again.

It’s supposed to lower automatically when the door closes. There is probably a button of sorts at the other end where the hinges are. (See: [here](https://www.dollex.de/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/schallex-l-15-30-ws-athmer-768×768.jpg))
