Stoltenberg: Putin prepares to use winter as weapon of war once again. Jens Stoltenberg, the Secretary General of NATO, has stated that Ukraine primarily needs air defence equipment, as the Russian President will again try to use winter as a weapon of war.

1. RuZZian government knows they are losing. They’ll try to make everyone in Ukraine as miserable as possible. Last winter was unusually mild in Ukraine, which means this winter will probably be colder. I sincerely hope Ukrainians will withstand this season and will come out with solid gains after it’s over!
