  1. Good, this needs to be all over the news. Jordon failed so many under his care. Awful human.

  2. hate to be cynical but they’ve been speaking out for years and nothing has come of it. he will continue is dumb crusades and never face consequences.

  3. So the Speakership is between the Bland-Dragon of the KKK vs the Diddler’s Assistant.

    ‘Murca.

  4. The Republican Party needs 8-10 to vote for jefferies. They cannot truly want a scumbag abuse hiding liar nor do they want a “David Duke” without the baggage representing this country. Fingers crossed for a few logical politicians to put the country above themselves

  5. I hope this gets reposted every single day. Gym is a legitimate creep. Disgusting.

  6. haunt him? he didn’t give a shit then and he has only moved up since so he won’t care now

  7. I still remember debating with my parents about how awful and evil it was that Trump, right out of the gates, was crafting the fake news and “doubt the intelligence” narratives. I remember saying that the true reason for the narrative was for when he was OUT of office. That’s when shit would get wild, especially knowing he’d likely repeat the narratives endlessly for 4 or 8 years.

    It’s a foundational move when you’re trying to take down a government/society.

    It’s a bummer man.

  8. Gym Jordan turned a knowing blind eye to sexual abuse under his tenure as head coach for the sake of championships.

  9. They don’t call him gym jordan for nothing, y’all

  10. Nancy Mace is jamming her fingers in her ears and screaming “LaLaLaLaLa” right about now.

  11. Good. Your most basic responsibility as a coach is to protect the young people entrusted to your care. It’s one of the most sacred tenets of “traditional manhood” that these guys love to worship. And through that lens, even if you yourself didn’t do anything untoward, having the knowledge that someone else did and not speaking up is just as evil as if you committed the vile acts yourself.

Cowards like him are exactly the reason the mandatory reporting laws currently exist.

  12. Joe Paterno lost his legacy at Penn state because of Jerry Sandusky. This motherfucker could be third in line for the presidency.

It was constant news with South Park episodes about Sandusky and PSU…

South Park…please do a gym Jordan episode!!

  13. Will they care? Will they?

They have this amazing capacity to cite honesty and family values while at the same time supporting and covering up for, abusers/pedophiles/fraudsters etc., in their very midst?

  14. Any politician that has these kind of skeletons in their closet doesn’t belong anywhere with power, all the way down to HOA board member. They make it in office because they’ll toe the Republican line and obey instructions because they stay bought. Otherwise their past is used to take their power away.

  15. Fun fact: Gymothee Jordan doesn’t wear a jacket because it’s still being used to cover up sexual assault at Ohio State.

  16. Can we maybe NOT fucking sweep it under the rug again? We DO care about abuse, right?

  17. I mean, the House Republicans run their caucus and the country’s agenda according to the “Hastert Rule” named for their former speaker, a convicted child molester. They don’t give a shit.

  18. This should be brought up every day. Every time he steps in front of a camera, every time anyone asks him a question, anytime his name is even mentioned.

  19. Haunting him would imply he faces any meaningful consequences. Covering up for SA is a resume item for Republicans

  20. Pedophiles like Gaetz and rape enablers like Jim Jordan need these labels stuck on them more openly and frequently.

  21. As an Ohian, I’m glad to see this brought up again. But I would be lying if I were to assume this would bring any real consequences to him from his own party. We saw this scandal come and go with no repercussions and I have no doubt he will continue to fail upwards.

Good on these victims to at least bring it back to the limelight when it’s most politically relevant after all else failed.

  22. I was a Buckeye athlete who played a sport affected by that filth at the time. Luckily, I wasn’t one of those abused, but several of my teammates were. Even back then, word was the alarm had been raised, even predating my time there, but administration did exactly zero to do anything. It would be utterly surprising if Jim Jordan didn’t know about these allegations at the time.

Also, I hope Dr. Strauss is burning in some special corner of hell.

  23. It’s not even the mistakes he made that get me, it’s the blatant disregard for the wrestlers and acting like he did nothing wrong.

  24. The party of “protecting children” enables rape.

  25. The party of anti-groomers and pizzagate sure does love Groomers-R.

  26. This might matter if the GOP cared about hypocrisy, the welfare of children, sexual abuse, or general decency. They, however, do not.
