  1. >You’ve also got people driving with nitrous oxide balloons in their mouths, and posting videos on social media.

So…. it’s not so much a car thing like every day lots of people drive to work, but crime that’s going unpunished very likely due to cuts to the police?

  2. This isn’t just a Birmingham problem, it’s a national problem. I cycled through Leicester recently and couldn’t believe how badly executed cycling infrastructure was (cycle lane feeding straight into traffic chole points, bonkers cycle light priorities, bollards for cycle lanes you could fit a bike down) and then poor driver traffic control and Uber riders jumping lights and curbs, I’ve never felt so feared for my safety.

I don’t care much for the car/bike/pedestrian culture wars of blaming and flaming eachother, but I do care that those in control of 4 tons of machinery have a very easy ways to harm and kill less than a 100kg of human.

  3. Killing someone driving high in nitrous should be charged as serious as murder

  4. I’ve drove in brum loads and the pedestrians are morons who walk blind in the road
