Sure there are a few celebs and comedians sighing in relief on hearing.
Nothing new.
Here’s a story today about Wandsworth Prison, which is a category B prison (i.e. for prisoners for whom escape must be made very difficult, but not maximum security).
Parliament’s figures show that it is running at 163% capacity. That is the third in the rank of overcrowded prisons. The top two are also cat B prisons – Leeds, at 173% capacity, and Durham at 169%.
I’m no expert but it seems like those are the exact people you want to put in prison and not jail more minor crimes, hell, let out a bunch of minor offenders early to make room for rapists.
Can’t we just slot the rapists into each other to save space?
now you know why they never apprehend london terrorist stabbers. even though they could by just shooting them in the leg.
