Me and my gf are planning on never having kids. Same goes for 90% of our friends. We’re all 23-26. If we can’t start our lives together till we’re like 30, who’s having kids?

It is interesting as a problem because the poorer the population the more children are made, instinctively we all jump to living standards but is it the main point?
To keep large population growth, you need uneducated people. The higher the education, the less desire it is to have many kids because you understand that raising a kid requires energy, time and money which is not endless and you want to provide your children with equal upbringing.
So it does not matter how well the economy is working, the population will not reach the same level of grow as it had before.
Cities had low birthrate much, much earlier it times. This is because children were expensive compared to their usefulness. Unlike in the countryside where they were much needed free labour. If you want increased natural growth, you need to make having children economically beneficial, or at least not disadvantageous. No, free market won’t do here, as it only cares about what is profitable, and having children is not profitable by itself.
Secondly, you need to nuke property market by making holding unused properties within cities turbo taxed and make renting properties illegal for companies and severely limited for individuals (short term rent should be counted to such limits).

Not really a problem. There are hundreds of millions of young across the globe willing to go to Europe. Just let them arrive.

People domt know this, but we are all fucked and the world is turning grey, except for africa, were the kids per family number is still positive for growth (preferably that number should be 2.3 per fam, so 2 parents create 2 amd sometimes 3 new parents). In south korea, its 0,8. So 100 parents, create 85 parents, create 40 parents, create 8 parents. Something like that, not avcurate numbers, but something comparable. No kids in 100 years. Insane.
Remember, immigrants are bad, even if they can help solve this problem…….
