This is an area where we Canadians can help. A Ukrainian/Canadian Space Program would be awesome.
Cash crop for a contracted economy. Useful fibers from hemp. More available medicine when pain pills are in short supply. Big pluses all around.
Make it legal recreationally. There’s going to be more people who need it from just experiencing the war than can be seen. I promise. Let people deal with it like they would alcohol. It’s much less destructive than booze. And it will help an anxious and stressed population.
