I see disturbing parallels to russia’s war justification today.
If anything it’s German speaking people and not Germans, since it includes both Austria and Switzerland. But considering it was published by the NS regime in 1938 I do not think the title is very accurate at all.
Basically this is a propaganda map designed to convince Germans of their right of conquest over neighboring European countries justified on the premise that there are lots of ethnic Germans residing in those lands.

Not sure how southern Dutch Limburg became filled with Germans in 1938. They sound like them a bit I suppose.
A yes. The Luxembourgers being all german. Was a Nazi Propaganda stick during their occupation.
