So robbery
This is a terrible, terrible idea. Not because I believe Russia doesn’t owe Ukraine significant reparations, but this would be an awful precedent to set with foreign money.
If Russia doesn’t like it, they can return the hundreds of billions of dollars worth of business infrastructure and inventory they ‘nationalized’, all the airliners they confiscated, all the territory they illegally attempted to annex, all the Ukrainian children they kidnapped, and all the Ukrainian resources they’ve stolen.
We don’t need to play nice with them after all that.
