Moi, I need some sanity checking and general help.
Yesterday I ordered this product [https://www.verkkokauppa.com/fi/product/873625/Dreame-L10s-Ultra-robotti-imuri](https://www.verkkokauppa.com/fi/product/873625/Dreame-L10s-Ultra-robotti-imuri) which at the time of order seemed like it was in stock. Once I placed the order the deliver got marked as “unknown”.
I’ve reached out to their bot support, which wasn’t very supportive, and it told me that the delivery of the product can take several months. I was blown away by how verkkokauppa can sell something that they can’t deliver for months (5-6 weeks I would be fine with but these are months….).
Is this normal? Should I try to get my money back and just forget about this vacuum?

I’m sure it is possible to cancel the order quite easily when they haven’t shipped it yet. In mail orders you can return it after you have received it too so getting you money back shouldn’t be a problem.
