While nobody is surprised that most of these acts come from a part of the French Muslim population. It’s also important to say that another part is showing support to Israel like the Iranian protesters in Paris or a number of leading muslims figures who have been present in pro-Israel gatherings.
Muslims are not a homogenous bloc, I think it’s important to acknowledge that many of them hold radical views about Israel and many other topics, but it shoudln’t hide those who have no problem living according to our western values.

From all the dodgy protests which have happened during the last few years I think the most horrendous one was protests against Macron for condemning the beheading of a French teacher.
I have no idea how Europe deals with this problem but it is scary. Also concerning for the Muslims who just want to live in peace.
