  1. 8.5 years!! This is Putin’s Russia. How is this superior to the Western ideals of the right to hold your own opinion and the freedom to express your views aloud through public protest? No thanks, you can stick your Russian mir right up your arse.

  2. why do they still pretend to have some sort of laws?

good that she managed to get out there, she was wrong working for the propaganda, but found the right exit just in time

  3. Russia is not free country and people there should understand that, there words means nothing for government.

  4. Can anyone enlighten me if this sentence in absentia can have any repercussions for her outside russia or it’s just a fart into a pothole?

  5. Imo what this does is show the rest of the population what Russia will do to them if they speak out.

  6. At least you know where they go and how long they get sentenced… meanwhile in China they just disappear

  7. Anybody who celebrates this woman as some type of brave hero is a fucking rube

She’s nothing more than an Russian information op and France needs to kick her the fuck out ASAP

  8. Doubt she’ll make it the entire 8.5 years. I give her a month before “her cell gets hit by Ukrainian midsole strike” or some sorta headline like that.

  9. Surprised Putin didn’t strap a humanitarian package to her back and offer to send her to Gaza as a goodwill gesture.
