The impact of Ukraine’s recent Storm Shadow attacks on the Sevastopol drydocks goes so far beyond the sub and ship destroyed. By denying Russia the use of those drydocks, even moderate damage can take a ship out of service. The Black Sea Fleet’s decline will only accelerate.
