   And what’s this “sub” business, yourself? There’s only two species, sandwiches and rolls.

   Wait staff: *sees Americans finger pointing at the rocket on top of sandwich* rocket.

6. This is the best food they had. What the hell were they eating?

7. I learned this lesson when I visited in March. Rocket is greens, and its rather delicious. The puddings were fabulous as well.

8. For our American friends’ benefit:

   rocket = arugula

   aubergine = eggplant

   courgette = zucchini

   coriander = cilantro

9. Sub-optimal.
