   does it dramatically decrease the chance of further exchanges of this type? also yes

3. Well, that’s not going to be great for the next group of people taken hostage.

4. **U.S.:** No evidence Iran was involved with Hamas attack.

   **Also U.S.:** But we are gonna renege on the deal and hold the money.

   I never thought we should have released $6B in the first place, but something doesn’t add up here. Why back out now if they weren’t involved? (And yes, I know they were involved, but how do we explain this move?)
