If they want to live there and settle, by all means do that. But than you belong to a different country and your gains or troubles are of no concern to us.

Inaccurate or out of date, a Lithuanian has died pretty early on since the start, I think our national news agency confirmed this on like day 2. So this probably means other smaller countries were overlooked too.

I’m worried of my country. We’re bordering the Balkans and the Middle East and it’s clear that people don’t have the same values or orientation with us. I’m in favour of controlled immigration from Ukraine or India but not from Kosovo or Pakistan. I don’t like to see this destabilisation in the region. From Ukraine to Armenia and recent Kosovo issues, Israel Palestine is another explosion of violence in the broader region. Hamas is a terrorist group and should be referred as such in all our media. Locals who are pro Palestine should reconsider and see who our allies and cultural brothers are (America). That being said on a human level I don’t like what’s happening. The issue will be solved and either way it happens it’s going to let people angry so we shouldn’t make the conversation a taboo due to the backlash. Iran is also a terrorist state and it’s arguably pushing for ww3.

And our governments will respond with harsh words and categorical indignation!

I think a Swedish citizen died in Gaza when the house was bombed. Small girl.

Why are Europeans even in the middle east in the first place? It shows that Israel is a European/American colony. Leave the Middle East to the Arabs. We westerners already have territories in every corner of the globe as it stands with plenty of empty, hospitable land. Why not use that space for a jewish state instead of colonising Palestine and subjugating the natives?

I know this is the EU subreddit and I dont mean to barge in, but I thought that our dead should be included, so if this is inappropriate, I apologize. The US has twenty-seven murdered and fourteen unaccounted for. Meaning they are most likely hostages. It’s all so freaking horrible. My heart goes out to all of the dead, but most importantly to their families. For these innocent victims to die like they did, the families are going through pure hell.

In Ireland we had protests and uproar on social media when a woman was killed by an immigrant. This lasted for weeks.
But complete silence on this matter. I consider myself left leaning but I do not support Palestine. The majority of the Irish left don’t know what to do here because they’ve elevated Palestine to such a high moral level that they can’t seem to rationalise that Palestine can be bad. It’s incredibly frustrating.
