I created the thread because I was just rejected again from a position I thought I would at least get an interview thanks to my experience (I don’t have technical degree but had worked a technician job for 2,5 years, I can send the CV without personal information through DM). [It was through Barona for RnD Operator](https://rekrytointi.com/en/vacancies/barona-oy/rd-operator/2457845/) position where you’re supposed to work with fine tools according to clear instructions from the process engineer.

Nothing against the company but I’m just disappointed so I came here cause I have been looking for a new job for like 8 months now. Did I set the salary too high (2700)? Was I under qualified because I had no technical degree? Is the economy so bad now that companies have too many choices even for entry positions like this?
